We have prepared for you a unique set with 4-course: Bruschetta with tomato, Stracciatella cheese and fresh basil, Fresh salad with smoked trout, poached egg and Ricotta, Black risotto with scallops and green beans, Ginger Punch!
Bruschetta with tomato, Stracciatella cheese and fresh basil
We cook crispy slice of ciabatta and use fresh ingredients as pink tomatoes, Stracciatella and fresh basil to make the taste of antipasti enjoyable.
Fresh salad with smoked trout, poached egg and Ricotta
Chef from Arancino Restaurant smokes trout and serves the fish with a mix of salads, poached egg and fresh cucumbers. We use passion fruit sauce for dressing.
Black risotto with scallops and green beans
Black Risotto served with scallops, cuttlefish ink and soy green beans.
